Terms and Conditions
1Responsibility
Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings throughout the conference. The organizing committee will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
2Request for Invitation Letter
Registered participants will automatically receive their invitation letter by email.
3Registration Transfer
Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another individual if the original participant is unable to attend. The transfer request must be submitted in writing to the Program Manager within 30 days of registration. Once approved, the transfer is final and non-refundable.
4Transportation
Participants are solely responsible for making their own transportation arrangements.
6Cancellation / Postponement Policy
Participants are requested to formally notify the Program Manager in writing regarding any changes in their registration status including modification, cancellation, or transfer of attendance. In the unlikely event that the Skinola International Aesthetics Conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full credit of their paid registration fee. Please note: No refunds will be issued in such cases; the registration credit must be redeemed for a future Skinola event.

- Skinola International Aesthetics Private Limited reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the event at its discretion. The company also reserves the right to alter the list of speakers or lecture content without prior notice.
